Zoo

What fun to see Abby's face when

she saw the giraffes and the elephants. She made Grandpa and Grandma so happy when she said she would go to the zoo.

Josh has his mountain bike. He took Dad on a ride. They are lovin' it! Grab your bike and let's go for a ride. Amy, you practice getting in and out of your clips first. Oh and Wendy, you better wait until your baby is born. Anna, you have to get a job. Mom, you need to get some muscles first. Be sure to bring your bikes Eric and Lindsay, or is it still out on the old porch?

Kim's loving soccer

I love visits and visiting. Here are some pictures we want to share.
Sam is so handsome. He is on his way to the Chi Omega formal. Who let that suit back out of it's bag?

No more injuries

It looks like we need to be a little bit more careful when we go out. Maybe we should invest in some body armor or at least helmets.

Sam started it out by running into a fence. George of the Jungle,
"Watch out for that...Fence?"

Then Josh decided to get into a water fight with a water cannon attached to an airport fire engine. It's too bad his windshield shattered on his face

And finally, Amy tipped over on her new bike with it attached to the trailor.

Unfortunatley her feet were also attached to the bike pedals as she fell.

"Mommy, don't fall over anymore", said Ella.

(this picture was taken before the accident. nobody wants to see the after shots.

they're not modest!)

Wendy's Birthday Party

Wendy had a birthday! What a fun party. The Macaroni Grill was exceptional even with the unruly grandkids and the cake from Grandma Richards was divine. We were so lucky to have Eric, Lindsay and Abby at the party.
We wish they were always here. It was great to be with them.

Wendy is so great, we love having her in the family. Whenever she enters the room she brings a feeling of happiness that is contagious. She has a darling giggle and always makes you feel right at home. It is so fun to watch her being pregnant (although pregnancy isn't always fun) and I don't think anyone can wait to see baby girl Will and Wendy. We love you Wendy

It was so fun to see Ella making "precious, fragile eggs" with grandpa. What a patient man. She had a great time and still takes good care of those eggs. We don't quite know how to break the news that they are going to go rotten soon.
Kim working out her cheek muscles so they will be as strong as her six pack in her stomach.
Sam working out his lip muscles for any kissing he might be privileged to enjoy. Look out Grandpa is watching very closely.
Will working out his mouth muscles so that he will be the perfect dad to a daughter and a husband to a new mom. He will need to give lots of kisses to his baby girl and will need to know just what to say at the right time.
